1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:

Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

Original invoice and tags must be available.

Certain items (personal care, hygiene products, innerwear, etc.) may not be eligible for return.
Azoniq reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. Damaged or Wrong Product

The wrong item
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Clear photos or unboxing video as proof
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
3. Refund Process

Refunds are processed after product inspection.

For prepaid orders, refund will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

For COD orders, refund will be transferred to your bank account (details required).
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not be eligible:

Products damaged by customer misuse

Clearance / final sale items
5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled before dispatch.

Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
6. Return Shipping

In case of defective or wrong product, return shipping will be arranged by Azoniq.

For other returns, shipping charges may be deducted from refund amount.
